Registration
Please download and complete all forms and send them to us if you decide to register your child with us. We strictly follow the Fraser Health Authority instructions and recommendations. All forms must be completed and submitted before your child can start at our childcare center.
Requirements at the Time of Registration
- Non-refundable Registration Fee
- Two Recent Passport Size Pictures of Your Child
- Care Plan for Allergies, if applicable
- Post-dated Checks for 6 Months
